Cold Fungus

Soak dry fungus 2-3 hours in advance

Boil in boiling water for about 2 minutes, remove and let cool boiled water (ice water is better), rinse and drain for later use.

Tips:
1. If you like spicy food, you can add a moderate amount of chili. 2. Black fungus has the effect of promoting blood circulation and anticoagulation, and it is not suitable for people with bleeding diseases. 3. The parts of the dried fungus that are still tight after soaking are not suitable for eating.
