Cold Fungus

Wash the fungus after soaking, put it in a pot and cook for about 8 minutes to remove and drain the water. Take another cold water trip, or put it in the refrigerator for a few minutes.

Put the ingredients in a bowl and make a hot and sour sauce. I like to put a little more vinegar to make it more refreshing.
3.
Pour the hot and sour sauce on the fungus, mix well and serve. Very easy!
