Cold Fungus

Soak the fungus in advance, you don't need to soak for too long, just over half an hour.

Mince the ginger and garlic, shred the green and red peppers. If you don't eat spicy food, you can leave out the peppers. Add more ginger and garlic. The taste is equally good.

Put the chopped ginger, garlic and chili in a bowl, and pour 1 tablespoon of peanut oil on top.

Boil the soaked fungus in water for 2 minutes.

Take out the cold water to control it dry, and pour it into a bowl.

Pour in the seasoning, mix well and put on a plate, and finally add some coriander to enhance the flavor.
