Cold Fungus
1.
Soak the fungus in advance with warm water for at least half an hour and cold water for at least an hour.
2.
Wash the soaked fungus and tear it into small pieces
3.
Aged vinegar, oyster sauce, salt, sesame oil and juice
4.
The garlic is patted twice and then chopped.
5.
Put the fungus on the plate and pour the juice on the fungus
6.
Spread the minced garlic on the fungus and stir evenly when eating
