Cold Fungus

Appropriate amount of fungus, put it in a bowl and soak for half an hour

Cut the soaked fungus into small flowers

Put the fungus in the pot and add water, boil it and cook for one minute

Rinse the cooked fungus with water two or three times, drain the water and set aside

Chop garlic, green onion, coriander, and dried chili separately, and set aside some red pepper

Put garlic and dried chilies in a bowl and set aside

Tips:
