Cold Fungus

Prepare materials

The dried fungus is soaked with rice water, and it will be ready in one hour in summer. Go to the stalk and wash it, and tear it into small flowers.

Add water to the pot and put it directly into the soaked fungus. Bring to a boil on high heat and cook for two to three minutes on medium heat.

Put the boiled fungus out, remove the cold, dry the water and set aside.

I personally like soy soy sauce with a high proportion of fungus, and just add a little less vinegar to enhance the flavor. Add appropriate amount of light soy sauce, sugar, vinegar, sesame oil, and sesame oil in a small bowl according to personal preference, mix thoroughly and set aside.

Put the water-controlled fungus into the plate, and put the minced garlic and chili into the adjusted soy sauce, and it is ready to serve.
