Cold Fungus

Ingredients: black fungus, coriander, red pepper Seasoning: green onion, ginger, garlic, light soy sauce, salt, balsamic vinegar, sugar, white sesame, chicken powder

Wash chives and coriander, cut into small pieces; cut fresh pepper into circles; finely chop ginger and garlic and set aside.

After soaking the black fungus in cold water, cut off the roots and tear them into small flowers; blanch them in boiling water for 1 minute and remove them.

Soak in ice water for 5 minutes to make the taste crisp and refreshing.

Pour the dried black fungus into a bowl, mix the light soy sauce, salt, balsamic vinegar, chicken powder, and sugar into a flavored sauce, sprinkle with coriander, chives, red pepper rings, and white sesame seeds and mix well.
