Cold Garlic Okra

Wash the okra, blanch it for two or three minutes, remove it and soak it in cold water for a while.

Put soy sauce, vinegar, and oyster sauce in a bowl, cool and boil, stir well and set aside

Add oil in a hot pan, add minced garlic, stir fry for a fragrance, pour it into a bowl and mix well

Keep the okra dry, cut in half, and place in a plate.

Shred the red pepper and put it on the plate
6.
Pour the adjusted soup on top of the okra and start eating!
Tips:
If you don’t like spicy food, you can omit the red pepper shreds.
