Cold Jelly

Pour in an appropriate amount of water, pour in the pea flour, stir it with chopsticks

After the water is boiled, pour the batter slowly, stirring constantly with the chopsticks, so as not to boil into lumps...

Turn on a small fire and stir the whole pot with chopsticks to avoid lumps

Bake it until it's completely transparent, and it's ready to be installed. The whole process will take between 5-10 minutes.

Put some cold water, soak it directly in the water to cool faster. If there is ample time, it is recommended to wait for it to cool for about 4-6 hours

Cut the green onion into sections and put on a plate, then 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of sesame oil, garlic, pepper powder, chopped green onions, 1 tablespoon of vinegar, 1 tablespoon of red oil sea pepper to make a sauce

Tips:
1. When the batter is poured into the pot, it must be stirred continuously, otherwise some of it will be boiled into lumps, which will affect the taste (I am busy taking pictures, but there are some lumps).
2. Generally, it is better to wait for it to cool down, and it is more appropriate to have five or six hours.
