Cold Jelly

Prepare starch and amaranth, wash and set aside.

The ratio of starch to water is 1:5. Dissolve the starch with water first.

Bring the water to a boil, add the amaranth for a few seconds, and remove the amaranth. The blanching time is not easy to be too long, so as not to destroy the vitamins in amaranth.

Boil small water, slowly pour the water starch into the pot and keep stirring until it is evenly stirred and no white particles are visible.

Put it in a basin to cool, and put it in the refrigerator. After a few hours, you can cut into strips or pieces for cold salad. My water is 1:5, it is a bit thick, it can be a little thinner.
