Cold Lettuce Leaves

Wash the lettuce leaves.

Put water in a pot, add a few drops of oil and a little salt to boil, add lettuce leaves to blanch for 1 minute, remove cold water and squeeze dry.

Chop lettuce leaves, add garlic, salt, light soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, sugar, and sesame oil and mix well.
4.
Light and crisp lettuce leaves.
