Cold Loofah

Ingredients: loofah, garlic, red and green peppers, coriander

Peel the loofah, cut into slices, boil water in the pot, put it in the pot and steam for 3 minutes

Tips:
The loofah is easy to ripen, and the steaming time should not be too long, otherwise the loofah will be too soft and taste bad.
