Cold Loofah

Prepare the materials, the loofah should choose this kind of ribbed

Mash the garlic with salt into a puree, add light soy sauce, vinegar, and old oil, mix well and make a bowl of juice

Wash the loofah, peel and cut into filaments

Pour the juice from the bowl into the shredded loofah, mix well and then serve
Tips:
Old oil is the remaining oil after frying once. If not, it can be replaced with sesame oil or olive oil.
