Cold Lotus Root

Cut the lotus root into shreds and put it in a boiling water pot, blanch it, and remove it to control the moisture.

Add the chopped coriander.

Add the minced garlic.
4.
Put in an appropriate amount of salt.
5.
Put a small spoonful of chili oil, or chili sauce.
6.
Add balsamic vinegar.
7.
Add sesame oil.
8.
Put a teaspoon of light soy sauce, mix well and serve.
