Cold Lotus Root Slices

1. Slice the lotus root and wash the starch with cold water.

2. Boil the water for two minutes.

3. Mince garlic and ginger, soak in a juice composed of vinegar and soy sauce for a while to become a mixture.

4. The blanched lotus root slices, dry the water, and pour in the juice.

5. Add chili oil and chili shreds and mix well.

6. Serve on a plate and pour in appropriate amount of sesame oil.
