Cold Lotus Root Slices

Peel the lotus root, clean and set aside

Slice with a knife

Mince garlic and set aside
4.
Boil water in a pot, add lotus root slices and blanch for five minutes

Put the blanched lotus root slices in the basin

Add minced garlic

2 teaspoons of light soy sauce

1/2 teaspoon chicken bouillon

1/2 teaspoon salt
10.
Stir a teaspoon of sesame oil and sprinkle with coriander.
Tips:
Cut the lotus root into thin slices. If you like spicy food, add a small spoonful of chili oil and a little vinegar.
