Cold Mung Bean Sprouts

Wash the ingredients

Bring water to a boil, add mung bean sprouts and blanch for 2-3 minutes until they are broken

Remove and put in cold water to cool, remove and drain

Shred cucumber

Put mung bean sprouts and cucumber in a basin, add sesame oil, chili oil, minced garlic, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, and salt

Stir evenly from bottom to top, serve and serve
Tips:
You can also put some coriander, not spicy, you don’t need to put chili oil, just blanch the bean sprouts until they are broken, don’t overheat
