Cold Mung Bean Sprouts

Pick and wash the bean sprouts.

Add water to the pot, add mung bean sprouts after the water is boiled.
3.
Bean sprouts can be cooked off.

Transfer the boiled bean sprouts into a large bowl, add salt and MSG while it's hot, mix well. After cooling, add sesame oil and mix well.
5.
Put the mixed bean sprouts on a plate.
