Cold Noodles

Wash the cold skin and cut it off.

Dice the green onion, ginger, and garlic, and prepare some.
3.
Cook in a non-stick pan until six ripe, pour in corn oil, stir-fry green onion, ginger, garlic and chopped pepper for a while.

Add a spoonful of salt, light soy sauce, water and vinegar.
