Cold Noodles

Prepare all the ingredients. You can make your own noodles and gluten, or you can buy the prepared noodles and gluten directly, but you can make it more at ease.

Cut the gluten into evenly sized cubes

Boil the mung bean sprouts in boiling water and remove the water to control

Pat the garlic into mashed garlic

Peanuts are fried and peeled

Chopped coriander, crushed peanuts

Cucumber grated

Mix the chili noodles with sesame seeds

Heat the oil in the pot for half a minute and pour it on the chili noodles, then add 2 tablespoons of water, some salt, add light soy sauce, and balsamic vinegar to boil in the pot to blend the spicy oil

Put all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix

Serve it in a bowl, drizzle in oily pepper and coriander when you eat, it tastes great
