Cold Noodles
1.
Flatten the ginger and garlic first, chop it, pour boiling water (the boiling water I poured is not very hot, I still heated it in the microwave for 3 minutes), and close the lid
2.
Then cut the cucumber and ham into shreds. Unfortunately, my knife skills are too bad, so I can only do so.
3.
Put the cold noodles you bought in a steamer and steam (turn off the heat when the steamer is steaming)
4.
Put the steamed noodles in another pot and boil it (just like boiling dry noodles). When it’s done, turn off the heat and remove the noodles and put them in a bowl.
5.
Add sesame sauce, Lee Kum Kee soy sauce, taste-grade fresh soy sauce, salt, pepper, steamed fish oil, sesame oil, vinegar, ginger and garlic water to the bowl, and a little sugar
Tips:
I put the noodles in the pot and steamed and then boiled. My colleague told me that I added the condiments myself, huh
