Cold Noodles (simple Version)

Prepare the noodles for today's protagonist.

Prepare ice water in advance.
3.
Wash the carrots and cut into shreds, blanch them for later use.

Add an appropriate amount of water to a boil, add the noodles and cook until 80% cooked.

Remove the noodles and put them in ice water to cool them down.

Drain the noodles from the ice water and put them in a larger bowl. Add carrots, green onion, chopped peanuts, and millet peppers.

Take a small bowl of seasoning, salt, sesame oil, pepper oil, chili oil, monosodium glutamate, very fresh, vinegar, pepper, and sugar, then stir evenly with chopsticks and pour it on the noodles.

Use chopsticks to mix the noodles and put on a plate and sprinkle with cooked sesame seeds.

1. The seasoning can be increased or decreased according to your preference. 2. Don't cook the noodles for too long.
