Cold Okra Fungus

Prepare the required main ingredients.

Wash the soaked black fungus and set aside.

Wash the okra and remove the stalk.

Stir-fry the black fungus in water.

Tips:
When choosing okra, it is better to choose 8-10cm. It is too big and old, and it has a bad taste with more fiber. In addition, the fresh okra is bright in color. When choosing it, you must first have a natural color. It is better to have no spots or scars on the outside.
