Cold Over Water
1.
Prepare lasagna. You can buy ready-made noodles from the supermarket, or make your own noodles.
2.
After the water is boiled, noodles, stir and cook.
3.
Remove the cooked noodles, place them on a sieve and rinse with cold boiling water, then control the moisture, and set aside for later use.
4.
Beat the eggs, dice the garlic sausage, and blanch the crab mushrooms. You can also cut into diced meat instead of sausage, or leave it without crab mushrooms. Crab-flavored mushrooms are blanched to remove the sour taste of the fungus.
5.
Heat oil in a pan, add chopped green onion and sausage and stir fry.
6.
Pour in the crab mushrooms and stir fry.
7.
Pour two spoons of soybean paste, add a little water, and stir fry.
8.
After the soy sauce is fried, pour in the egg mixture, stir fry until the egg mixture is solidified and serve. Just let the noodles cool slightly.
Tips:
1. Vegetables can be used according to your own preference. Usually, you always eat shredded cucumbers, but in fact you can replace them with cress, small rapeseed or western lettuce.
2. If there is no sausage, you can use minced pork or minced beef, either.
3. If you like to eat sesame paste, you can also use sesame paste instead of soybean paste, but you need to add a little salt to improve the flavor. Soybean paste is salty, so you don't need to add salt.
4. Add a small amount of water when frying the sauce, otherwise the sauce will be easy to paste and the stir-fry will be uneven. The water should be added when frying the sauce, not in the egg liquid, it will affect the formation of the egg and affect the taste.
