Cold Pat Cucumber

Flatten the garlic, remove the clothes, and chop into garlic; wash the cucumbers, sprinkle with salt, hold the cucumbers with both hands and rub them twice, rinse well

The whole cucumber is cracked with the back of a knife and cut into small pieces
