This is the first time I tried to make pea jelly. It cools and moisturizes my throat. It's really delicious. Xie Qiuzao is the best

Cold Pea Flour

1. A piece of pea flour

2. Cut into strips first

3. Cut into square pellets

4. Put the cut peas pellets into the container

5. Garlic smashed and peeled

6. Mix the garlic, oil chili, and Lao Gan Ma evenly

7. Pour on pea flour

8. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped green onions

Tips:

Chili oil must be indispensable, add some sesame seeds to make it more fragrant
