The peach gum I bought this time was too strong after being soaked, and there was some left after the sweet soup was cooked. It happened to have dumplings for dinner, so I mixed with cold dishes and it tasted really good. "

Cold Peach Gum

1. Slice the cucumber and add a little salt to remove the moisture.

2. Pour out the water from the cucumber and add the soaked peach gum.

3. Chop the garlic, preferably minced garlic. Then add two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar, one tablespoon of light soy sauce, and some chili oil.

4. Add the prepared sauce to the container of cucumber and peach gum, mix well, and marinate for about 20 minutes.

Tips:

If you don’t have apple cider vinegar, you can use vinegar with a little sugar instead.
