Cold Peach Gum

Slice the cucumber and add a little salt to remove the moisture.

Pour out the water from the cucumber and add the soaked peach gum.

Chop the garlic, preferably minced garlic. Then add two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar, one tablespoon of light soy sauce, and some chili oil.

Add the prepared sauce to the container of cucumber and peach gum, mix well, and marinate for about 20 minutes.
Tips:
If you don’t have apple cider vinegar, you can use vinegar with a little sugar instead.
