Cold Peanuts

1. Put cold oil in the pan, add peanut kernels and keep on low heat to fry. When frying, put the pan on its side and let the oil soak the peanuts

2. Fry until the peanuts turn dark, turn off the heat, remove the oil and let cool for 1 hour

3. Cut the inner core of cucumber and cut into small pieces. Red pepper, parsley, chopped, garlic chopped into garlic

4. Adjust the seasonings in a bowl

5. Add peanuts and vegetables from step 3 and mix well

Tips:

1. Although peanuts are good, they are not easy to digest if they eat too much. So control the portion size and mix as much as you eat. The fried peanuts can be packed in a sealed bottle and mixed when you want to eat. Whether it won’t be crispy after being soaked in the sauce for a long time.
2. Freshly fried peanuts are not crispy, they will be crispy after cooling.
