This is a cold salad that I learned at a friend's house. It is delicious and simple. There are not as many spices bought outside. Don't worry about eating. Suitable for adults and children.

Cold Pig Ears

1. Preparation materials: washed pig ears, a piece of ginger, a little orange peel (if you don't leave it), coriander and green onion, a spoonful of chili powder and a spoonful of sesame seeds.

2. Put the washed pig ears, orange peel and ginger into a pot with water covered with ingredients. When buying pig ears, there will be a bit of meat underneath and put it in for cooking. The cold salad is also delicious.

3. Bring to a boil on high heat and slowly cook for 20 minutes on low heat. You can turn it over in the middle.

4. Use chopsticks to insert the meat when cooking for 20 minutes. You can easily insert the chopsticks instructions on it. If there is a lot of meat, cook it for a few more minutes.

5. Remove and cool, and slice it without hot.

6. Cut the meat as much as possible

7. When the meat is cold, you can also prepare chopped cilantro and chopped green onion, or add some garlic. Put it in a large bowl, and put the pig's ears underneath with coriander and chopped green onion on top.

8. Heat oil in the pan. I put less

9. After the oil is hot, add chili powder and garlic to saute and turn off the heat immediately, otherwise it will burn.

10. Pour the sauteed chili oil into a bowl with pig ears

11. Add salt, sesame and soy sauce at this time.

12. After adding all the ingredients, mix them in a bowl, and you're done.

Tips:

1. Choose thicker and larger ears for pigs.
2. Be sure to cook thoroughly.
