Cold Pig Ears

1. One well-marinated pig ear.

2. Shred the pig's ears and cucumber.

3. Add onion, rice pepper, chopped green onion, garlic, ginger, salt, sugar, and vinegar.

4. Add the oily, light soy sauce and pepper.

5. Add chili oil.

6. Add a few drops of sesame oil in coriander.

7. Stir well and make it delicious.
