Cold Pitaya Peel

Cut off the sharp corners of the dragon fruit.

Use a squeegee to peel off the outer thin skin and clean it.
3.
Cut the dragon fruit in 4 halves and remove the pulp.

Cut the pitaya peel into shreds, and cut the green peppers and yellow peppers into the same shreds.
5.
Put it in a plate, add salt, pepper umami sauce, basil leaves and olive oil to taste.
