Cold Pork Belly

Prepare a pan with skin of pork belly under cold water.

Add onion ginger, cinnamon, bay leaves, pepper, star anise.
3.
Bring to a boil on high fire and slowly cook for half an hour on low fire.
4.
Cooked pork belly slices.
5.
Put it on the plate.
6.
Add minced garlic, salt, sugar, light soy sauce, vinegar, and sesame oil to the bowl and stir well.
7.
Pour the sauce over the pork belly.
8.
Sprinkle chopped green onion to finish.
