Cold Pork Belly

Prepare ingredients, cut cucumber and red sweet pepper into small pieces, mince garlic

Heat the pan, add oil and sauté the garlic

Put the fried garlic with all the seasonings and set aside

Soak the pork belly in a pot of boiling water, about 20 minutes

The boiled meat water is used to fly the red bell peppers into water and pick them up for later use

Cook the pork belly and let it dry and slice it

Put all the ingredients together in a large bowl and drizzle the garlic sauce

Mix well and put in the refrigerator for more than 1 hour, take out and eat
