Cold Potato Kelp Shreds

Ingredients: shred potatoes, shred kelp, chopped green onion.

Kelp shreds and potato shreds are cooked in water.

Remove the cooked potato shreds and kelp shreds and set aside.

Add chopped green onion, soy sauce, vinegar, peanut oil, white sesame seeds, and stir well.
