Cold Root Powder

Put the jue root powder into the pot and cook.

During the cooking time, prepare a bowl, pour in the minced garlic, vinegar, light soy sauce, and chili, and stir well to make a hot and sour sauce.

After about 8 minutes, grab one and try it to see how soft and hard it is. After confirming OK, immerse it in cold water for a while. When the jue root powder becomes cool, remove and drain the water.

Chop some chopped green onions.

Pour in that bowl of hot and sour sauce, drizzle with three to five drops of ginger oil, sprinkle with chopped green onion, mix well and serve.
