The nutritional value of kelp is very high. It is called "sea vegetable". It is rich in iodine, protein, fat, carbohydrate, dietary fiber, calcium, phosphorus, iron, carotene, vitamin B1.B2 and other trace elements, plus rich in protein. The tofu skins are served cold together, rich in nutrition, and the collocation is very reasonable.
