Cold Shacha Oil Lettuce

First, remove the old leaves and roots of lettuce, and clean them;

Add 1 tablespoon of salt to the purified water, stir well, and soak the cleaned lettuce for 5 minutes (forgot to shoot the whole lettuce, forgive me);

After soaking in salt water for 5 minutes, cut the lettuce into sections and put them in a bowl for later use;

Then we prepare the dipping sauce: put 1 tablespoon of shacha sauce in an empty bowl;

Add 1 tablespoon of sesame oil;

1 tablespoon of oily pepper;

1 tablespoon rice vinegar;

Add 1 teaspoon of sugar and stir well;

Serve the processed lettuce, pour the dipping sauce over the lettuce or dip it in to eat!
Tips:
1. The cooking time of lettuce should not be too long, just cut off, otherwise it will destroy the nutrients, affect the crispy taste and bright color.
2. The lettuce is afraid of growth. Soy sauce, light soy sauce, and salt should be used less in order to be delicious, otherwise the cooked vegetable will lose its light taste. It is also particularly reminded that lettuce is cold in nature, so people with frequent urination and cold stomach should not eat more.
