Cold Sixtieth
1.
Prepare all the raw materials in advance, the sixties must be fresh and live
2.
Put the bought flower beetle into salted water and soak for 10 minutes while dripping a few drops of sesame oil. This will allow the flower beetle to spit out some sand (but not completely)
3.
Pour clean water into the pot, put the soaked flower beetle in the water and boil it, and take it out after the shell is fully opened
4.
Put the fished out sixties into cold boiling water
5.
Peel off the flesh and shells of the flower beetles by hand, and then put the flesh in cold boiling water to wash out the remaining sediment (I believe this will be able to completely remove the sediment)
6.
Put the cuticle meat from the cleaned mud and sand into the bowl and set aside
7.
Spicy millet sliced into circles
8.
Cilantro chopped
9.
Garlic chopped
10.
Heat the pot and pour the pepper oil (the pepper oil will be more fragrant after heating)
11.
Pour light soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, garlic, chopped coriander, and spicy millet in a bowl, mix well
12.
Pour the cuttlefish meat into the seasoning bowl, and then pour the hot pepper oil into the bowl
13.
The finished product is out
Tips:
1. In summer, the temperature is relatively high, so you must choose fresh and live ones, if you find bad ones, you must choose them
2. Drop a few drops of sesame oil when soaking the sixties, so that the air is isolated from the sixties to spit out more sand.
3. The hot pepper oil can stimulate the fragrance more
4. In order to ensure sanitation when cleaning the cuticle meat, it is recommended to use cold boiled water instead of tap water directly
