Cold Skin

Pour the cold skin into a bowl and add boiling water to soak for 8 minutes

After boiling, cool the cold water with the cold skin
3.
Rub a little shredded radish
4.
Add carrot shreds
5.
Sauce and sesame sauce
6.
Add garlic, cabbage leaves and a little rice vinegar
7.
Mix well and serve
