Red Oil Liangpi

Prepare ingredients and seasonings: Liangpi, ginger slices, garlic, shallots, coriander, millet spicy;

Finely chop ginger, garlic, and millet; chop shallot and coriander into sections;

Mix minced ginger, minced garlic, and millet spicy, soak in warm water to get the fragrance;

Then add soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, oily pepper, Chinese pepper oil, fine sugar, and salt, and stir well;

Soak the Liangpi in warm water for a while;

Remove and control dry water;

Add seasonings;

Sprinkle with shallots and coriander, and the [red oil cold skin] is ready.
Tips:
1. The seasoning can be adjusted according to personal taste;
2. Soak the cold skin in warm water for a while and then stir in the seasoning, the taste will be better;
