Cold Skin

Prepare a cucumber, a cold skin, a small piece of noodles, and a few cloves of garlic

Cut the noodle into small pieces, slice the cold skin into thin strips, shred cucumber, and mince garlic
3.
Use tahini, vinegar, salt, monosodium glutamate and water to make a bowl of sauce
4.
Pour the juice on the cut cold skin and mix it with the cucumber and noodles.
