Cold Skin

Cut cold skin into strips, the thickness is about 8mm, of course, this depends on personal preference.

Adjust a bowl of sauce, mince garlic, cool and boil about half a bowl, put a little bit of fresh soy sauce, add sugar, salt and mix well, then pour in appropriate amount of rice vinegar and mix well.

Cut cucumber into shreds. If the knife does not work well, you can use a planer to shred like I did.

Pour in an appropriate amount of sesame paste, and stir to dilute the sesame paste with plain water in advance.

Then pour in the prepared sauce.
6.
Add appropriate amount of red oil to increase fragrance.
7.
Stir well and start eating.
