Cold Skin
1.
Cut cold skin into strips, about 8mm in thickness. Of course, this depends on personal preference.
2.
Adjust a bowl of sauce, mince garlic, cool and boil about half a bowl, put a little bit of fresh soy sauce, add sugar, salt and stir well, then pour in appropriate amount of rice vinegar and stir well.
3.
Cut cucumber into shreds. If the knife does not work well, you can use a planer to shred like I did.
4.
Pour in an appropriate amount of sesame paste, and stir to dilute the sesame paste with plain water in advance.
5.
Then pour in the prepared sauce,
6.
Then add an appropriate amount of red oil to add fragrance,
7.
Stir well and start eating.
Tips:
1. Don't cut the cold skin too wide, otherwise it won't taste good.
2. The sesame sauce must be diluted with cold boiled water, otherwise it is too sticky and will taste greasy instead of fragrant.
3. If you don't like or need to go out, you can leave out the garlic juice, but the taste will be affected.
