Speaking of this cold skin, it’s actually not difficult to make it at home. It’s just a bit more complicated when you’re alone. Just buy one. The sauce must be adjusted by yourself. Only you know what you like best. What do you like, are you right? Let's take a look at the cold skin I mixed, do you like it or not?

Ingredients

Cold Skin

1. Cut cold skin into strips, about 8mm in thickness. Of course, this depends on personal preference.

2. Adjust a bowl of sauce, mince garlic, cool and boil about half a bowl, put a little bit of fresh soy sauce, add sugar, salt and stir well, then pour in appropriate amount of rice vinegar and stir well.

3. Cut cucumber into shreds. If the knife does not work well, you can use a planer to shred like I did.

Tips:

1. Don't cut the cold skin too wide, otherwise it won't taste good.
2. The sesame sauce must be diluted with cold boiled water, otherwise it is too sticky and will taste greasy instead of fragrant.
3. If you don't like or need to go out, you can leave out the garlic juice, but the taste will be affected.
