Soy bean sprouts in cold dressing is my dad’s favorite snack. It’s summer, so it’s great to make more refreshing cold dishes like this!

Cold Soy Sprouts

1. Prepare ingredients.

2. Blanch the soybean sprouts in boiling water for 3 minutes.

3. Remove the drain to remove the water.

4. Cut cucumber into thin strips.

5. Put the soybean sprouts and cucumber shreds into the pot.

6. Add a pinch of salt.

7. Add oyster sauce, chicken essence, and minced garlic.

8. Add a little pepper oil.

9. Add vinegar and stir well.
