Cold Soy Sprouts

Wash the bean sprouts, cut the chili into shreds, and put them together.

Chop the Chaotian pepper, chopped green onion, chop garlic into minced garlic, and cut coriander into sections!

Boil the water in a pot, then put down the bean sprouts and shredded chili to blanch them together, blanch them for about two minutes, turn off the heat, and let them soak in the pot for another minute.

After blanching, remove the bean sprouts and rinse with cold water.

Then drain the bean sprouts into the water, put it on a plate, and put in the chili pepper, minced garlic, chopped green onion, coriander, salt, sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, chili oil, and pepper powder in sequence. Next, mix evenly! (According to personal preference, put in the serving size) Finally, I ate it ^_^
