Cold Soybean Crust

Cut the oily bean curd into strips, boil water in a wok, turn off the heat when the water is boiling, add the oily bean curd and blanch for 5 seconds, remove the cold water.

Mince garlic cloves, chop coriander, add sugar, seafood soy sauce, chili oil, monosodium glutamate, salt, and dark soy sauce.

Stir evenly and serve.
Tips:
The old smokers are for color grades, so you can ignore if you don't like them.
