Cold Spiced Dried Tofu

1. Supermarket, the dried tofu from the market, flatten and cut in half, then shred

2. Cut the dried tofu as thinly as possible

3. Scallion and shredded

4. Garlic yellow cut into sections

5. Green chili shredded

6. Put the chopped tofu shreds, green pepper shreds, green onion shreds, and garlic yellow segments into a basin, add salt, sesame oil, light soy sauce, and chili oil at a time, stir evenly, and serve.

Tips:

The dried tofu itself should have a salty taste, and the light soy sauce is also salty, so don’t put too much salt in it, just use it to enhance the taste.
