Cold Sweet Potato Stems

1. Wash the sweet potato stalks, remove the leaves, and cut into sections

2. Green and red pepper cut into sections

3. Minced ginger and garlic

4. Put water in the pot

5. After the water boils, add the sweet potato stalks and green and red pepper shreds

6. Blanch together

7. Take out and soak in cold boiling water

8. Put salt, chicken essence, and bean paste in the container
