Cold Tofu

The tofu is watered in whole pieces and then cut into small pieces.

The preserved egg changed to a knife.

Finely chop the millet and chop the chives.

Lay the preserved eggs on the bottom of the plate, place the tofu on the preserved eggs, sprinkle the millet spicy chives on the tofu, put the various seasonings in a small bowl, mix thoroughly, and pour them evenly on top of the dishes.
