Ingredients

Cold Tofu Shreds

1. Tofu shreds cut the upper part and the bottom part apart

2. Cut the shredded tofu into 5 cm long sections

3. The upper part is rolled into slices and cut into shreds

4. Peel the scallion, wash and cut into 5 cm long sections, cut each section from the middle

5. flip over
